We want PRISM to feel fair. Here's exactly how credits and billing work.

Failed builds are auto-refunded

If a generation fails on our end, the credits for that build or refine are automatically returned to your wallet — you're never charged for something that didn't ship.

Subscriptions

Paid plans bill monthly through PayPal and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Billing — cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access and any remaining credits through the end of the period you've already paid for. Used credits and partial months are not refundable.

Credit top-ups

One-time credit packs are digital goods and are non-refundable once purchased, except where a charge was made in error or duplicated. Unused purchased credits remain in your wallet.

If you were charged incorrectly or something didn't work, contact us via Support and we'll make it right. Please reach out before opening a payment dispute — it's faster, and we genuinely want to fix it.
